Deze voorwaarden gelden voor de starter websitepagina en aanvullende digitale diensten van Milestones IT Solutions.
1. Aanvraag en offerte
Na het invullen van het intakeformulier bekijkt Milestones IT Solutions de aanvraag. Daarna ontvang je een offertebevestiging met de exacte prijs en betaalinformatie.
Het formulier is een intake / offerte-aanvraag. Het is geen automatische bestelling en geen automatische betaling.
Werkzaamheden starten pas na bevestiging van de prijs en betaling via de Zoho factuur met Stripe betaallink.
2. Starter websitepagina
De starter websitepagina begint vanaf €89 eenmalig. Alle genoemde prijzen zijn exclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld.
Deze prijs geldt voor één duidelijke websitepagina op basis van de informatie, diensten, foto’s en teksten die je aanlevert.
De starter websitepagina kan onder andere bevatten:
- overzicht van je diensten
- foto’s of voorbeelden van je werk
- werkgebied
- belknop
- WhatsApp-knop
- contact- of offerteaanvraag
- eenvoudige mobiele opmaak
Grotere wensen of extra onderdelen worden vooraf besproken en bevestigd voordat er extra kosten bijkomen.
3. Wat niet standaard inbegrepen is
De starterprijs van €89 bevat geen onbeperkte aanpassingen en geen uitgebreide website. Alle genoemde prijzen zijn exclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld.
Niet standaard inbegrepen zijn onder andere:
- extra pagina’s
- logo ontwerp
- volledige teksten schrijven vanaf nul
- uitgebreide SEO-campagne
- Google Ads
- Google Business Profile inrichting
- social media beheer
- boekingssysteem
- grote herontwerpen na goedkeuring
- nieuwe onderdelen na oplevering
- doorlopende inhoudelijke aanpassingen
Deze onderdelen kunnen apart worden besproken en worden vooraf bevestigd op basis van het standaard uurtarief van €75 per uur excl. btw of een vaste prijs. Alle genoemde prijzen zijn exclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld.
4. Foto’s, logo’s en teksten
Voor de echte website gebruik ik bij voorkeur originele foto’s, logo’s en teksten die je zelf aanlevert.
Je bevestigt dat je toestemming hebt om de aangeleverde foto’s, logo’s en teksten te gebruiken voor je website.
Milestones IT Solutions is niet verantwoordelijk voor auteursrechtproblemen of claims die ontstaan door materiaal dat door de klant is aangeleverd.
Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid van bedrijfsinformatie, prijzen, diensten, claims, werkgebied en contactgegevens.
5. Domein, hosting en technisch beheer
Een gratis link zonder eigen domeinnaam is mogelijk. Dit betekent dat de websitepagina zonder eigen .nl of .com adres wordt gehost.
Wil je een eigen .nl of .com adres, dan kan Milestones IT Solutions de domeinsetup, hosting en technisch beheer regelen voor €39 per maand.
De €39 per maand is exclusief domeinkosten.
Alle genoemde prijzen zijn exclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld.
Domeinkosten zijn afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid, extensie en prijs. De domeinkosten worden vooraf gecontroleerd en apart bevestigd in de offerte.
De €39 per maand bevat:
- domeinsetup of domeinkoppeling
- hosting
- technisch beheer
- technische fixes als iets niet werkt zoals afgesproken
De €39 per maand bevat niet:
- domeinregistratiekosten
- domeinverlenging
- premium domeinprijzen
- transferkosten
- registrar-specifieke kosten
- tekstwijzigingen
- foto’s vervangen
- prijzen aanpassen
- nieuwe secties
- extra pagina’s
- SEO-werk
- social media werk
- boekingssysteem wijzigingen
Maandelijks opzegbaar met een opzegtermijn van 30 dagen.
6. Bestaande domeinen
Als je al een domeinnaam hebt, kan Milestones IT Solutions bekijken of deze gekoppeld of overgezet moet worden.
Dit kan afhankelijk zijn van je huidige domeinprovider, DNS-instellingen en toegang tot je account.
Eventuele kosten voor overdracht, verlenging of technische handelingen van externe partijen zijn niet inbegrepen en worden vooraf besproken.
7. Technische fixes en inhoudelijke wijzigingen
Technische fixes zijn inbegrepen als iets technisch niet werkt zoals afgesproken.
Een technische fix kan bijvoorbeeld zijn:
- kapotte link
- knop die niet werkt
- formulierprobleem
- laadprobleem
- technisch probleem met de websitepagina
Een technische fix is niet:
- verkeerde foto aangeleverd door klant
- verouderde tekst
- aangepaste prijzen
- nieuwe foto’s
- nieuwe secties
- nieuwe pagina’s
- andere voorkeuren na goedkeuring
- SEO-werk
- social media werk
- boekingssysteem wijzigingen
Inhoudelijke aanpassingen worden apart berekend tegen het standaard uurtarief van €75 per uur excl. btw of een vooraf afgesproken vaste prijs. Alle genoemde prijzen zijn exclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld.
8. Goedkeuring en oplevering
Voor publicatie kan een controle- of goedkeuringsmoment plaatsvinden.
De klant is verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van teksten, foto’s, prijzen, contactgegevens en andere inhoud.
Na goedkeuring worden latere inhoudelijke wijzigingen apart berekend, tenzij anders afgesproken.
9. Betaling
Na de intake bekijkt Milestones IT Solutions je inzending. Daarna ontvang je een offertebevestiging met de exacte prijs.
Betaling gebeurt via een Zoho factuur met Stripe betaallink.
Alle genoemde prijzen zijn exclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld.
Werkzaamheden starten na betaling.
Extra werkzaamheden worden pas uitgevoerd nadat de kosten vooraf zijn besproken en bevestigd.
10. Portfolio, voorbeelden en promotie
Milestones IT Solutions mag de gemaakte website, screenshots of onderdelen daarvan tonen als portfolio, voorbeeld, case study of in promotie, zoals op een website, social media post, LinkedIn post of Marktplaats-advertentie, tenzij vooraf anders afgesproken.
Een LinkedIn-tag, review of testimonial kan worden gevraagd, maar is niet verplicht.
11. Privacy en gegevens
Persoonsgegevens worden alleen gebruikt voor:
- behandelen van de aanvraag
- communicatie over het project
- maken van de offerte
- sturen van de factuur
- uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden
Gegevens worden niet verkocht aan derden.
Bestanden zoals foto’s, logo’s en teksten worden alleen gebruikt voor het project, de mockup of de website.
De klant kan vragen om verwijdering van gegevens waar dit redelijk en wettelijk mogelijk is.
Als er een contactformulier op de website wordt geplaatst, wordt vooraf besproken waar formulierinzendingen naartoe worden gestuurd.

12. Geen garantie op resultaten
Milestones IT Solutions kan helpen met een professionelere presentatie, betere structuur en duidelijkere contactmogelijkheden.
Er wordt geen garantie gegeven op:
- aantal leads
- aantal aanvragen
- Google-posities
- omzetgroei
- advertentieresultaten
- social media groei
SEO, Google Business Profile, advertenties en andere groeidiensten kunnen apart worden besproken.
13. Externe diensten en storingen
Voor sommige onderdelen kunnen externe diensten worden gebruikt, zoals Cloudflare, domeinproviders, Web3Forms, Zoho, Stripe, Google, WhatsApp, Marktplaats of andere tools.
Milestones IT Solutions is niet aansprakelijk voor storingen, downtime, technische incidenten, prijswijzigingen of wijzigingen in voorwaarden van externe partijen.
Milestones IT Solutions helpt waar redelijk mogelijk bij technische problemen, maar kan geen uptime of werking van externe platforms garanderen.
14. Aansprakelijkheid
Milestones IT Solutions is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade door onjuiste, verouderde of onvolledige informatie die door de klant is aangeleverd.
Milestones IT Solutions is niet verantwoordelijk voor auteursrechtclaims rondom foto’s, logo’s, teksten of ander materiaal dat door de klant is aangeleverd.
Milestones IT Solutions is niet verantwoordelijk voor wijzigingen, blokkades of beperkingen op platforms zoals Marktplaats, Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp of andere externe diensten.
15. Opzegging
Maandelijks opzegbaar met een opzegtermijn van 30 dagen.
Bij opzegging worden afspraken gemaakt over domein, hosting, overdracht of uitschakeling van de websitepagina.
Openstaande facturen moeten eerst worden voldaan voordat overdracht of afsluiting wordt uitgevoerd.

1. Request and quote
After you submit the intake form, Milestones IT Solutions reviews your request. You then receive a quote confirmation with the exact price and payment details.
The form is an intake / quote request. It is not an automatic order and not an automatic payment.
Work only starts after the price is confirmed and payment is received through the Zoho invoice with Stripe payment link.
2. Starter website page
The starter website page starts from a one-time €89. All listed prices are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.
This price applies to one clear website page based on the information, services, photos and text you provide.
The starter website page can include:
- overview of your services
- photos or examples of your work
- work area
- call button
- WhatsApp button
- contact or quote request option
- simple mobile-friendly layout
Larger requests or extra parts are discussed and confirmed before extra costs are added.
3. What is not included by default
The €89 starter price does not include unlimited changes or a large website. All listed prices are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Not included by default:
- extra pages
- logo design
- full copywriting from scratch
- full SEO campaign
- Google Ads
- Google Business Profile setup
- social media management
- booking system
- major redesigns after approval
- new sections after delivery
- ongoing content changes
These items can be discussed separately and are confirmed in advance based on the standard hourly rate of €75/hour excluding VAT or a fixed price. All listed prices are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4. Photos, logos and text
For the real website, I prefer to use original photos, logos and text that you provide.
You confirm that you have permission to use the supplied photos, logos and text for your website.
Milestones IT Solutions is not responsible for copyright issues or claims caused by materials supplied by the client.
You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, prices, services, claims, work area and contact details.
5. Domain, hosting and technical management
A free link without your own domain name is possible. This means the website page is hosted without your own .nl or .com address.
If you want your own .nl or .com address, Milestones IT Solutions can arrange domain setup, hosting and technical management for €39 per month.
The €39 per month excludes domain costs.
All listed prices are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Domain costs depend on availability, extension and pricing. Domain costs are checked first and confirmed separately in the quote.
The €39 per month includes:
- domain setup or domain connection
- hosting
- technical management
- technical fixes if something does not work as agreed
The €39 per month does not include:
- domain registration costs
- domain renewal
- premium domain pricing
- transfer fees
- registrar-specific costs
- text changes
- photo changes
- price updates
- new sections
- extra pages
- SEO work
- social media work
- booking system changes
Can be cancelled monthly with 30 days notice.
6. Existing domains
If you already have a domain name, Milestones IT Solutions can check whether it should be connected or transferred.
This may depend on your current domain provider, DNS settings and access to your account.
Any costs for transfer, renewal or technical actions from external providers are not included and are discussed in advance.
7. Technical fixes and content changes
Technical fixes are included if something technically does not work as agreed.
A technical fix can be:
- broken link
- button that does not work
- form issue
- loading issue
- technical issue with the website page
A technical fix is not:
- wrong image supplied by the client
- outdated text
- changed prices
- new photos
- new sections
- new pages
- changed preferences after approval
- SEO work
- social media work
- booking system changes
Content changes are billed separately at the standard hourly rate of €75/hour excluding VAT or a fixed price agreed in advance. All listed prices are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.
8. Approval and delivery
Before publication, there may be a review or approval step.
The client is responsible for checking text, photos, prices, contact details and other content.
After approval, later content changes are billed separately, unless agreed otherwise.
9. Payment
After the intake, Milestones IT Solutions reviews your submission. You then receive a quote confirmation with the exact price.
Payment is made through a Zoho invoice with Stripe payment link.
All listed prices are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Work starts after payment.
Extra work is only done after the costs are discussed and confirmed in advance.
10. Portfolio, examples and promotion
Milestones IT Solutions may show the finished website, screenshots or parts of it as portfolio work, an example, case study or promotional material, including on a website, social media post, LinkedIn post or Marktplaats advert, unless agreed otherwise beforehand.
A LinkedIn tag, review or testimonial may be requested, but is not required.
11. Privacy and data
Personal data is only used for:
- handling the request
- project communication
- preparing the quote
- sending the invoice
- carrying out the work
Data is not sold to third parties.
Files such as photos, logos and text are only used for the project, mockup or website.
The client can request deletion of data where this is reasonable and legally possible.
If a contact form is added to the website, it is agreed in advance where form submissions are sent.

12. No guarantee of results
Milestones IT Solutions can help with a more professional presentation, better structure and clearer contact options.
No guarantee is given for:
- number of leads
- number of enquiries
- Google rankings
- revenue growth
- advertising results
- social media growth
SEO, Google Business Profile, advertising and other growth services can be discussed separately.
13. External services and outages
Some parts may use external services, such as Cloudflare, domain providers, Web3Forms, Zoho, Stripe, Google, WhatsApp, Marktplaats or other tools.
Milestones IT Solutions is not liable for outages, downtime, technical incidents, price changes or changes in terms from external providers.
Milestones IT Solutions helps where reasonably possible with technical problems, but cannot guarantee uptime or operation of external platforms.
14. Liability
Milestones IT Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect, outdated or incomplete information supplied by the client.
Milestones IT Solutions is not responsible for copyright claims around photos, logos, text or other material supplied by the client.
Milestones IT Solutions is not responsible for changes, blocks or restrictions on platforms such as Marktplaats, Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or other external services.
15. Cancellation
Can be cancelled monthly with 30 days notice.
After cancellation, agreements are made about domain, hosting, transfer or disabling the website page.
Open invoices must be paid before transfer or shutdown is completed.
